2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking reference number and SMS confirmation.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept Mobile Money, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other guests and staff. The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for disruptive behavior.

5. Liability

SethCODE Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
